Strategy Session
What We Can Accomplish – Focus + Clarity + Action = Success
Whether you are starting your birth business or taking it to the next level, it’s important to have sacred time set aside to think and talk about your business with someone who is focused on your success. A Strategy Session is a combination of coaching and consulting, where I’ll draw out from you where you want to go and how you want to get there, and I’ll suggest strategies and resources if I think some may be helpful.
Ultimately, you have the final say in your commitment to take action, but I hope to light a fire of excitement and inspiration in you that will get you going. Strategy sessions can be purchased in 30, 60, and 120 minute blocks and all we’ll talk about is you and your birth business!
What We Do Together
I dedicate time to fully hear what you want to accomplish, and I help you to develop a written action plan that will help to get you there. I’ll ask you questions that will align you with what matters most, and I promise that the steps you walk away with will feel good to you and get you really excited about accomplishing them! I’m not here to sell you an out-of-the-box system, nor will I tell you how to do a, b, and c to get to x, y or z. I tune in to what feels good to you, and I’ll use my knowledge and list of resources to help you build your business following steps that feel authentic and honors your values.
How We Work Together
Strategy Sessions are done by phone, so you get to be, well, wherever you want to be. If you live in the Austin, Texas area, contact me about scheduling a meeting in person if you prefer this level of personal interaction.

Who I Work With
Clients who choose to do Strategy Sessions typically already have some ideas on what they want to do with their business. Their lives may be so jam-packed with other responsibilities and obligations, and what they really need is some dedicated, sacred time to focus on their desires and get a plan on paper. They know that once they get the “What” and the “How” down, they’ll be able to execute their plan and get it done!
Some clients are just starting out and don’t have a clear idea where to start, or they have a lot of ideas and want help honing in on what to do first. My clients are also action-oriented, meaning once they have their plan, they’re off implementing it. They’re serious about getting results, and just need a little guidance to get them going. If you are currently in a place of indecision, need more direction, and are seeking more clarity about different areas of your life in addition to your business, Sacred Life Coaching or Group Coaching may be a better fit for you. With coaching, we dedicate more time to explore different areas of your life and help you determine where and how your business fits in.
Preparation For Your Session
Clients who are clear about what they want to achieve in our session get much more out of the experience. Reflecting upon what they’ve done in the past and how they want their business to look in the future allows clients to come to the strategy session with more clarity, and it helps us both to focus on your intended outcome. Clients often find that the preparation they do for our session alone is worth the time and investment they made, and they walk away from the session with a clear plan of action to reach their goals.
How To Schedule Your Strategy Session
- At the bottom of the page, select the length of time you want, and you’ll be asked for payment and your contact information.
- When your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to contact me to book your session.
- I will contact you via email within 48 hours with available dates and times and we will confirm your session.
- You will receive some preparatory work via email with your session confirmation, which is due two days before we meet.

Getting Down and Dirty (30 Minutes) – $59
Clients typically have a handle on where they’re going, and just want to speak their ideas out loud or get some feedback on what they’re doing and where they’re going.
Let’s Talk (1 hour) – $115
Most clients prefer an hour-long session when they have some ideas but need more time to formulate a tangible action plan.
Going Deep (2 hours) – $225
Clients who go deep either have a lot they want to work on, or they want to do a little more coaching to explore something that is holding them back from their success. After breaking through barriers, we can get down to the business of creating your action plan.
