What is a strategy session?

Bring your specific business questions to a strategy session and we’ll work together to identify solutions and a plan of action. Some of the issues we can address include:

• Review or start a business or marketing plan
• Create a plan to organize your home office or filing system
• Website content
• Identifying your ideal clients
• Implementing a social media strategy
• Set up an accounting system
• Improve your time management system

We can’t address all these topics in a single session, and there are certainly other topics we can discuss. What we cover is entirely up to you. So that you get the most out of our time together, I will give you some materials to work on prior to our session that will help you organize your thoughts and allow me to see where you’re at and where you want to go.

So what do I do next?

1. Complete the form below.
2. You will receive a phone call or email within two business days to set up a day and time for your session.
3. You will receive some preparatory work and an invoice via email, which are both due a day before our session.

Why do I need to prepare for the strategy session?

Clients who are clear about what they want to achieve in our session get much more out of the experience. Reflecting upon what they’ve done in the past and how they want their business to look in the future allows clients to come to the strategy session with more clarity, and it helps us both to focus on your intended outcome. Clients often find that the preparation they do for our session alone is worth the time and investment they made, and they walk away from the strategy session with a clear plan of action to reach their goals.

Do I need to live in your area to do a strategy session?

No. Strategy sessions are done by phone. If you live in the Austin, Texas area, you are we can certainly schedule a meeting in person.

When do you offer strategy sessions?

We will meet at a time that is convenient for both of us. I am located in the Central Standard Time Zone.

Who typically schedules strategy sessions?

Strategy sessions are ideal for any childbirth professional, in any phase of their business.

What is my investment?

Choose from one of the following:

1. 30 minutes – $75
2. 1 hour – $145
3. 2 hours – $275
